By entering, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. 1. Promoter's & Prize Provider's Details: Swan Hellenic, 14-16 Great Chapel Street, W1F 8FL. Eligibility: This competition is open to attendees who visit Swan Hellenic at one of the UK travel shows before the 2nd February. To enter the prize draw, entrants must be subscribed to the Swan Hellenic newsletter via the QR code. The prize draw opens on 1st January and runs through to the 8th February 2026. The winner will be drawn on the 9th February 2026. Entry is restricted to one per person. Late entries will not be accepted. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be re-sold or redeemed for cash. Personal expenses are not included. The prize is valid for a cruise between 13.06 and 11.07 2026 and the winner must choose from the available departure dates available on the Swan Hellenic website. Departure dates are subject to availability. The winner and guest must be aged 18 or over. Travel dates are subject to availability and advance reservation of at least 8 weeks is required. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize for this competition will be given to the winner as set out in these terms and conditions. The winner must accept the prize in that form. There is no cash alternative. No alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. The prize provider and Promoter retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available. Once confirmed the booking is final and cannot be amended. It is the winner's responsibility to check all visa, passport, travel insurance and health requirements are fulfilled.
